FORTHCOMING WORKS BY DR. BOLI.

Dr. Boli’s Comprehensive Anthology of Tables of Contents. The most exhaustive and inclusive publication of its kind. The first folio of Shakespeare—Darwin’s Origin of Species—Vanderblock-Wheedle’s Winifred-Lou—all the great tables of contents are here in this single moderately portable volume, arranged and classified according to Dr. Boli’s revolutionary new taxonomy. Special attention is given to the development of the table of contents as a literary form, ranked for the first time in its deserving place beside the sonnet, the parking ticket, and the prose poem. 8vo, 832 pp. The table of contents alone is worth the price.

  1. Although a devotee of parking tickets, I have found the literary pursuit thereof financially taxing, and have petitioned the directors of my local lending library to maintain a circulating collection of parking tickets to bring this celebrated genre to the masses.

The introduction of these literary triumphs in lending libraries may help counter the obloquy associated with the unique nature of their present distribution, and will undoubtedly enable the discerning connoisseur to broaden his literary horizons, constrained, as he now is, by the whims of the meter maid, much as those perusing less edifying works may find their selection circumscribed by the editors employed by the Book of the Month Club.

  2. Dr. Boli’s C.A.T.C includes, as a wonderful bonus, the beautifully written Meta-table of contents that readers are talking and tweeting about! (N.B. Some of his readers are birds.)
